Elders share their experience with young people within the safety and security of the Clann app. Both text and video based conversations are recorded and transcriptions are stored securely within the app, giving both parties the reassurance of a copy of the conversation. This helps support safeguarding but also acts as a useful resource for the young person to be able to check back on what they’ve learned.
